Where can I find the consultant number and client number?

You can either ask your tax advisor and client number from your tax advisor or select the Belege application under Meine Anwendungen in Datev Unternehmen Online. 


Your consultant and client number will then be displayed as follows.


This option can also help if you are not sure whether you need to use an advisor or sub-advisor number.

How does the setup work and do I need support?

Please contact your tax advisor if you are interested in DATEV integration, as your tax advisor may need to order an interface and you will need various information from your tax advisor (LINK). 

The booking data service interface must be ordered and set up by your tax firm via the MyDATEV client registration. If your firm needs support with this process, it can book a free appointment with the DATEV partner onboarding team. You can find a video from DATEV on client registration here.

Is the data exported directly to DATEV or can the tax consultant still intervene?

The billing-relevant data exported by Spesenfuchs is first transferred to the DATEV data center. There, your tax consultant has the option of retrieving this data manually and importing it into the DATEV accounting programs. Further manual processing by the tax consultant is therefore necessary. 

What happens to vouchers with an amount of 0?

Vouchers with an amount of 0 (zero) are not transferred. However, the status is converted during export.
