Specify which roles and rights the selected person should have.
The roles are additive, i.e. if a user has the Administrator role, then he also has the Standard role. If a user has the Account Owner role, then he also has the Administrator and standard roles.
Standard roll
The Standard role defines a "normal" user of Spesenfuchs.
If he has the authorization to enter trips then he can log in to Spesenfuchs himself and enter his trips. If not, he will not be able to log in and his trips will have to be entered by a deputy, administrator or account holder.
If the user has the authorization deputy, then he can enter trips for other users. A deputy gets the Team menu with the User selection entry.
If the user is to review and approve trips for specific employees as a supervisor, then enable the Approve trips for user (supervisor) option and select the employees who should submit their trips to this user for review on the Review/Release page. A supervisor has a Review and Appro val section on the dashboard and the Review and Approval view in the Team menu.
Administrator role
The administrator has access to all basic functions like a normal user. Further, it can record trips for all persons. He can edit users and cross-company data such as payment types.
An administrator gets the Team menu with the entries User selection and Administration.
If the administrator, as the supervisor, is to review and approve trips for specific employees, then enable the Approve trips for user (supervisor) option and select the employees who are to submit their trips to this user for review on the Review/Release page. A supervisor has a Review and Approval section on the dashboard and the Review and Approval view in the Team menu.
Role account owner
The account owner can make changes to the tariff and delete the access in addition to the functions of the normal user and the administrator.
An account owner gets the Team menu with the entries User selection and Administration.
