Under Settings (gear icon) → Company data, the account owner or an administrator maintains the company name and address. You can also optionally add your company logo for reports. Please note that the logo must be of the file type PNG or JPG and must not exceed a maximum size of 2 megabytes.
Bank account (Spesenfuchs TEAM only)
In the Bank account section, you enter the IBAN, BIC and bank name of your company. These bank details are only used to create the SEPA payment file. They do not appear in the travel expense report or the single receipt report.
You do not change the payment method for your Spesenfuchs invoices here, but under Settings (gear icon) → Plan in the Payment method section (see Bank details).
