It is possible to transfer several test or PRO plans from Spesenfuchs to a TEAM plan. To do this, simply create a new person in your Spesenfuchs TEAM plan (menu TEAM -> Administration -> green plus) and give this person the email address of the test or PRO plan to be transferred.
This e-mail address will then receive an e-mail which they must confirm. The account is then transferred to the TEAM plan. If the plan had a contract, this will be automatically terminated.
Transfer of data
Personnel number, first and last name, creditor are taken over from the TEAM person.
All other fields and all trips are taken over from the person to be integrated. If a field exists in both persons, it is taken from the team person. The chart of accounts is not taken over because it is now stored globally in the TEAM account.
