You can create as many cost centres/cost units as you like under Settings->Administration in the Cost centres and cost units area.
If you want to work with cost centres/cost units, activate the Use cost centres/cost units switch. The cost centres/cost objects are then available in trips, reports, users and exports.
A cost centre/cost unit must have a number and a name (max. 65 characters). The name must be unique so that there is no confusion later in the selection.
If cost centres/cost units have already been used in a trip, they can no longer be deleted. However, you can set the cost centre or cost unit to inactive. This has the effect that the corresponding entry is no longer displayed for a trip.
