Yes. Spesenfuchs has a REST API. It is available in both plans, PRO and TEAM.
What can the API do?
At present, the API focuses on the Receipt inbox. You can use it to:
- upload receipt images from other applications (PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG or GIF, up to 5 MB). They then appear in your Receipt inbox.
- retrieve and delete receipts in the Receipt inbox.
Creating trips or retrieving expenses, posting data or reports is not yet possible via the API. The API is being extended step by step, with read access coming before write access. The planned areas are listed in the documentation. Feel free to let us know which data you need for your integration. Your feedback is taken into account in our planning.
Documentation and login
You can find the documentation with all endpoints at api.spesenfuchs.de.
There is no separate API key. You log in to the API with the email address and password of a Spesenfuchs user and receive an access token in return. The details are described in the authentication section of the documentation. Locked, archived and passive users cannot log in.
Data for your own analyses
