You can test Spesenfuchs for 30 days without obligation. If you want to continue working with Spesenfuchs after that, choose one of the two plans, PRO or TEAM. Both plans are available with monthly or annual billing.
- PRO for one user: €6.00 per month or €38.00 per year
- TEAM with three users included: €12.00 per month or €120.00 per year. Each additional user costs €4.00 per month or €20.00 per year. TEAM includes all features of PRO.
All prices are net prices plus VAT.
There are no further costs: neither for DATEV or other integrations nor for support or setup.
User licenses
Spesenfuchs is licensed per user, not per device or workstation. Every person created as a user occupies a license, even if a deputy enters their expenses. The TEAM plan already includes three users, and you can add more users at any time.
The term of the user licenses follows your main plan. If you have booked TEAM with annual billing, the user licenses also run for one year. Licenses that you add during the term are charged pro rata.
If a user is deleted or archived, their license becomes available. You can assign it to another user; otherwise, it expires with the next billing.
- Archive: The user's data is retained but can no longer be changed. Archiving cannot be undone. The user's email address cannot be used again, so the user cannot be created again later.
- Delete: The user can be created again later, but their previous data is lost. Therefore, export all data beforehand.

Employees who rarely travel: You can create an employee, prepare and export their report and then delete them. You can then use the free license for another employee. If the employee travels again, you have to enter their master data again, and nobody in Spesenfuchs has access to their previous trips any more. Weigh this effort against a license of their own. With their own license, the employee can also enter receipts without a trip, for example for the office, working from home or business entertainment.
A separate license for an assistant is not required: in Spesenfuchs TEAM, one person can enter expenses for others with the deputy function.
