You will receive an invoice for each billing period. We will also send each invoice to the email address you have entered. If you have entered a different email address in the billing address form, this address will receive the invoices. If you leave this field blank or enter the same address as for your user account, we will send the invoice to this address.

Status of the invoices

Paid: The invoice was paid with the deposited credit card.

Open: The invoice could not be paid with the deposited credit card. Possibly the credit card has expired, is invalid or requires authentication

Cancelled: An upgrade to another product variant failed. The reason may be an incorrectly deposited credit card

Draft: The invoice has been created and will be billed shortly.
